basically, you just have to be chronically online.. 
its easier if you have a laptop or PC, but you can do it on phone or tablet too if it has a 'pop-up view' feature. its easy for me to constantly be on my laptop because my house is hugging a busy high-way, and the only places near me is a playground built for kindergarten-aged children and a store where you can only buy liquor & marijuana, so not much for me to do here.

ya i dont understand how people see following someone as inting.. its just a name in a list, you're not actually communicating with them in any-way. on other social medias it can make sense because theirs an actual algorithm and following them can bring more attention onto them + a lot of them have a focus on being mutuals/following-back & will recommend you stuff based on who you follow/who follows you, but on GITHUB??? its so silly to me idk.. its just a number going up to mee

This is the code on mine, if you want the image to hug the right side of the page, change 'img align=' to img align="right"
if the image is too big or small, change the numbers in the 'width=' and 'height='
To change the image being shown, replace the link in 'src='
do not remove the quotes!!!
⚠️if your image is too big, this might not work, so try to adjust the width and height
⚠️if you write too much text, the text might appear at the bottom of the page, try to play with the image's size, paragraph breaks, or write less
